You agree to use the Services solely for lawful, academic, professional, or non-commercial purposes. You shall not: All content available through the Services (including text, images, code, trademarks, videos, and design) is protected by intellectual property laws and owned or licensed by Pantheon Academic. You may not copy, modify, republish, or distribute this content without prior written consent, except for personal, scholarly, non-commercial use. You are prohibited from reverse engineering, disassembling, or attempting to derive source code from any software made available through the Services, unless explicitly allowed under applicable law. Some Services allow you to submit content, including manuscripts, reviews, or comments (“Submissions”). You retain ownership of your Submissions, but grant Pantheon Academic a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and distribute them in connection with publishing and editorial workflows. You are solely responsible for the legality, originality, and accuracy of your Submissions. We may remove or edit any Submission at our discretion. You may not use content from Pantheon Academic Services to train, evaluate, or develop artificial intelligence or machine learning systems without prior written authorization. This includes using published works, metadata, or peer review materials for algorithmic model training or prompt injection. Pantheon Academic operates under an open access publishing model. An Article Processing Charge of 950 USD applies to each manuscript that is formally accepted for publication following peer review. No payment is required at the time of submission. The fee becomes due only after the corresponding author has been notified of acceptance. Payment must be completed in full before the article proceeds to production, typesetting, and online publication. Production typically begins within 2 to 3 business days following receipt of payment. Refund policy: Once an article has been accepted and production has begun, a refund is not possible. A refund may be requested only if the article has been accepted but production has not yet begun. If approved, any non-recoverable transaction or payment processing fees may be deducted from the refunded amount. Retractions: Retractions are not eligible for refunds. Where a retraction is proposed, authors may submit an appeal in accordance with our editorial and publication ethics policies before the retraction is finalized. All Services and content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties or representations regarding availability, accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Pantheon Academic disclaims all express or implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pantheon Academic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.
